The shop is a great asset to have on base. Unfortunately the first and last person you speak with is the woman at the front desk. She is unprofessional and does not treat people with respect. When I asked for clarification on something, she responded “I’m pretty sure he (the man in the bays) just explained that to you.” Then proceeded to walk away from the desk so I could not ask another question. The men who work in the bays are helpful and provide customer service.

Every time I come here, the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve been able to learn and do a lot myself, including changing my oil, brakes, and even my bumpers. I’ve also used their services for things like tire changes. Whether you’re working on your own vehicle, having them handle it, or just coming in for a safety check, they’re consistently helpful. As someone who isn’t very experienced, I’ve learned a lot from them and their prices are very reasonable.

Needed help mounting and balancing my tires so i brought them into the shop. The team was very knowledgeable and helped teach me along with performing the maintenance. My jeep is in much better condition now because of the care of this shop!

If you’re missing all your own tools, and have the knowledge to turn your own wrenches (or even if you don’t, they were super helpful), you can’t beat the prices of this place. I brought my own motorcycle lift/Jack (borrowed from a friend), and Five-O had ALL the tools. Cost me less than $45 to work on my bike for 1.5 days, including overnight stage in the enclosed bay.

Personally I am really glad we have a place like this on base. It beats having to buy all your own tools or being overcharged by a mechanic to do work you can do yourself. I’ve used five O motors multiple times doing everything from oil change and tire rotation to complete engine swap. They have always had the tool I needed and are willing to help you with your project. I think the best part about this place is the prices.
